Very excited to announce that all details have been worked for the first annual #US festival'' on Saturday May 6th which will highlight Diversity, Culture, Triumph and A Love For All. My friends @ Lew's Tavern have graciously agreed to hold this event as I am great friends with the owner and I know his heart so I could not be more excited for them to host this event at this establishment in the coming weeks! There will be Security, A Food Truck, A Grammy Nominated Artist who will Guest Speak on his medical Triumph to raise awareness to a great cause, Live Entertainment, cornhole tournament, putt putt challenge, on site artists and painters. This event will be held rain or shine! In the event of rain, festivities will be moved inside and will continue. Special thanks to the very awesome Tommy Barnes who has graciously invited me to interview and promote the event in the coming weeks on Local Rock First (Mix 106.1) as well! There will be a $10 ticket for entry however, this one time use voucher is redeemable for the same value in Food or Drink of any kind so that is basically awesome! VIP tickets also available for $25 includes up front parking, seating, and guaranteed seat indoors if weather gets bad. The $25 is also redeemable one time use as well for food / drink purchase. We have many donations for the prize on the raffle, but also looking for more sponsors before the radio interview to donate prizes or certificates as I am looking for anyone who brings a canned food item or toy into the event, they will be entered into a raffle which the food or toy item will then be donated to a charitable organization within our community so if you know of a sponsor who would be interested, please be sure to let me know and I will give you a shout out on future fliers and during the interview.
